Cystatin C (327)

The purpose of the scheme is to evaluate participating laboratories performance in analyzing the included components by interlaboratory comparison (consensus value).

The scheme is aimed for clinical laboratories measuring cystatin c or creatinine. It is also possible to calculate the glomerular filtration rate besed on the measured concentration of cystatin C and/or creatinine.

The test material consists of plasma.

Frequency: 6/year

Reports: Normally within one month from closing date.
