Quantification of JAK2 V617F (515)

The purpose of the scheme is to provide participating laboratories with the opportunity to quality-assure their genetic methods for quantifying JAK2 V617F.

The scheme is aimed for clinical laboratories that perform genetic analysis for the quantification of JAK2 V617F.

The sample material is extracted DNA, two samples in each round

Frequency: 1/year

Reports: Normally within two months from closing date.
